Work on the new building entrance continues! Yesterday the installation of the canopy steel started to show progress.
We saw big changes this week in the new lobby. Illuminated glass panels were installed on the east and west walls bringing a modern feel. Another change was the installation of the new storefront entrance to bring natural lighting into the space and to enhance the overall feel of the lobby. Coming soon are new revolving doors and walkway followed by a new surface lot adding over 200 surface parking spaces.
The north surface parking lot is going to be closed from Monday, August 24th, until the new parking lot is complete. Expected completion is in November. Furthermore, the volleyball court will be out of service for 2-4 weeks starting August 24th while it is being relocated to the south side of the building behind the cafeteria. We ask your cooperation, in order to protect your safety, that you avoid ALL Contractor work areas.

We've come a long way! The new state of the art lobby is almost complete. There are some minor details that are to be complete by the end of August. These final touches are going to give the lobby a modern feel and are sure to impress anyone who may see the building.
Everything is starting to come together! This week a new high end wood ceiling piece was added to the elevator lobby. This decorative lighting piece has helped make the building feel more modern and has brought in the nature element from our beautiful property.
The volleyball court is getting a new location! With the upcoming construction of a new north parking lot, the volleyball court will be relocated to the south side of the building, behind the cafeteria. Expected completion in Summer 2015.
By Monday, July 13th, the common area from the new building entrance to the management office will be complete with new carpeting, paint, and improved lighting.
We are happy to announce that we are making progress on the new state of the art high tech lobby located on the north side of the building near the elevator bank. The project is set to be complete in July 2015. Following the lobby are a new entrance with canopy and parking lot!
The Reserve at Deer Park passed final inspection on the building's new management office. The NAI Hiffman Management Team moved into the newly renovated office this afternoon. The new space features a dedicated entrance which was added on the north side of the building.
