Completion of the landscaping and irrigation is schedule in the next few weeks. Once completed the new parking lot will be open.
Spring has arrived and we are getting ready to complete final landscaping and soon we will open the new parking lot.

Paving of the new surface lot has begun. This week the binder course is being installed as well as the installation of landscaping in the parking lot islands.
Concrete for new sidewalks and parking lot islands has been completed.
The latest changes at The Reserve of Deer Park include the completion of the site excavation and storm sewer work for the expanded surface lot. The removal of pavers to add a new drive lane is underway.
All fill has been removed and the new surface lot is in the process of being graded. Work to the new entrance canopy progresses as the EIFS is being installed.
