On May 8th Blue Management
is taking thousands of bees under its wings!
We’re proud to take part in the great movement of more eco-conscious cities by installing beehives on our property.
Starting this spring, we’ll host 1 beehive. Our thousands of new collegaues will pollinate the surrounding urban flora during the summer. At the end of the season, we’ll harvest the honey, which we’ll be able to share with our community.
What about stings?
It really shouldn’t be a worry - bees are not interested in humans. They set out on a daily quest to bring back resources to the colony to ensure its development. Besides, did you know bees die when they sting? They lose their stinger and part of their abdomen, so they have no interest in stinging unless they feel their colony is threatened.
Alvéole: a partner to fly with!
Our project is realized in collaboration with Alvéole, a social beekeeping company. Since 2013, Alvéole has partnered with hundreds of companies and schools to start beekeeping projects all over North American and Europe, each hive creating more ecological awareness, allowing city dwellers to reconnect with nature and change their sense of responsibility towards the environment.
We invite you to take this opportunity to discover the links that bind us to bees and better understand the flora and fauna that surround us, right here in the city.
Happy Discovery!
Take a break and ride around the plaza with our employee bike share program - the perfect way to stay active and energized!
A waiver must be signed before taking out a bike (waiver at West Lobby)
Bikes are located in the parking garage, while baskets and helmets are in West Lobby.
A form of I.D. is required and held until the bike’s return.
An inspection is required upon return.
Rental Hours: 9 AM - 4 PM
The building will actively oversee our annual fire life safety testing with our Service Provider.
Testing will be performed Tuesday, 4/11/23, through Friday, 4/14/23, between 6 am - 3 pm.
During this time, alarms and strobes may intermittently sound and flash.
Please disregard and do not evacuate unless there is a public announcement made.
The Reserve at Deer Park and NAI Hiffman are proud to announce that we have now achieved the WELL Health-Safety Rating for the building and our tenants.
